Prayer and Forgiveness Jesus told the story of the unmerciful servant who was forgiven an enormous debt. The amount suggests the servant could never have repaid it. We know that the indebted servant represents us, with an enormous debt of sin that we have no hope of repaying. How, then, do we receive forgiveness?
