Life in the Wilderness
Most people would prefer not to spend time in a wilderness. Why? Because, by definition, a wilderness is a desolate place, a lonely place, a disorienting place, a wild place, a threatening place. It is a place you might not come out of alive. Yet, our Bible contains stories that are memorable, not in spite of, but because of time spent in the wilderness.
