The Purpose of Parables
"[Jesus] did not say anything to [the crowds] without using a parable" (Mark 4:34). Jesus taught in parables, using everyday life and objects (families, farming, trees, etc.), to speak about God's kingdom. Why was this Jesus' primary teaching method?
